Once all the needed information is gathered, all policies and procedures, service and severity levels are agreed upon with your clients. All data is entered into our secure local technical database, and we then provide clients with the details required to begin working with the Help Desk. The solution includes the critical services to keep your clients up and productive: Active monitoring, escalation, problem fix/repair and system metrics.
